Deliveries

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
This is a difficult question to answer as circumstances with delivery services can change based on season and demand, but below are the approximate times that I have witnessed.

Netherlands: 1-3 Days
Mainland Europe: 2-5 Days
The Rest of Europe: 4-10 Days
North America: 2-4 Weeks

International Orders:
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional (customs) fees that might occur during delivery.

 

How quickly are orders shipped out?

In Stock Yarn
“In Stock” yarn is shipped 1-3 business days after purchase.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders have a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks and are shipped immediately after.
Dyed To Order
Dyed To Orders have a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks and are shipped immediately after.

 

What countries do you ship to?
For the time being, I mostly ship throughout Europe and North America.  I hope to expand further, so if you don’t see your country listed in the options during check out, please feel free to send me a message!

 

Yarn Care

How do I care for my hand-dyed yarn?
I always recommend washing hand-dyed yarn in cold water with some clear mild soap or wool wash.  Even though the yarn I work with is Superwash, I recommend that you wash your finished objects by hand.

Is it normal for my yarn to bleed when I wash it?
Yes, this is very normal.  Even though I wash all of the yarn thoroughly, it is normal for some color to bleed on the second or third wash.  This is particularly noticeable with darker/richer colors.

How should I store my yarn?
If you don’t plan on using your yarn immediately, I suggest that you keep it skeined and in a container to protect it from dust and insect damage.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Yes.  Please let me know immediately if you are unhappy with your order or if you were sent the wrong item(s) or your items were damaged.  Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the package.  All items must be in their original state to be eligible for refund; this means the yarn cannot be unwound or caked.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs as shipping charges are non-refundable.  All yarn that has received “Cake Winding Service” are not eligible for refund.

Do you accept exchanges?
At the moment I do not accept exchanges.  You can refer to the returns section above for more information.

 

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes!  You can inquiry about wholesale orders by messaging me here!

Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are generally possible but depend on my availability at the moment.  You can always send me a message here with an inquiry!

Another option is the Dyed To Order section.  If you are looking for a certain colorway on a certain base, then this is a great option!

The shop will be CLOSED from October 15th-November 10th while I am away on holiday. All orders placed after October 15th will be shipped once I return on November 10th. If you would like to order from the Dyed To Order section, please place your order before October 5th to have it sent before I leave. Orders placed after October 5th will be fulfilled when I return and shipped out late November! -Tam
